Customer Care
We are a small company with our customers at the heart of our business. We take great pride our items /services and would love to hear any feedback or enquires through our contact page. With our products being handmade there can be slight variations and we believe this adds character and charm. We offer cleaning and repair services at a minimal charge to any of our items. From design to manufacture your product is created in house here in Yorkshire.

Jewellery care & cleaning
Pearls and other porous gemstones should be kept protected from makeup, hairspray and perfume. We advise that jewellery is put on last to prevent damage. Although jewellery dips and cleaning products are available we advise against there use as they can damage certain gemstones and or plated items. Whilst gemstones in some cases can be extremely strong and hardwearing they can break under sharp impacts. Avoid wearing jewellery if you believe they may be at risk. We advise all jewellery is checked annually for wear to metalwork and settings. Store your jewellery in a safe and consistent place, don't forget to pick them up after washing your hands.
